Cirque Brut Prestige is our brightest star.  The elevated expression of the methode champenoise and provenance Francaise is a wine that draws on Champagne’s noble grape, Chardonnay, while staying true to the its traditions. The Chardonnay brings poise and creaminess, Chenin contributes vivid citrus and energy, while Mauzac ties it all back to its historic roots with a gentle orchard-fruit echo.

The result is a refined, layered sparkling: elegant notes of pear, white peach, and toasted brioche glide across the palate, finishing with precision and length. It is both a tribute to Champagne and an assertion of Limoux’s own timeless craft — a prestige cuvée that shines with cosmic clarity.  Like we said the quality of champagne, just without the price tag!!!
